Features: The Piano Sonatina Collection is compiled by the renowned composer and educator Louis Kohler, and this collection has been cherished by generations of piano teachers and students. In the Alfred edition of the Piano Sonatina Collection, Alan Smeyers revised the entire content, removing impractical fingerings, redundant accidentals, and awkward page-turning issues. The new layout expands the spacing between the staff lines, making the originally crowded score clearer and easier to read for performers. Additionally, this version includes the beloved Beethoven Sonatina in G Major and Diabelli Sonatina, both of which are highly favored by the public. The two CDs included with the book provide learners with standardized (demonstration performances) of the musical works.
