Features: The discipline construction of tourism has not yet been completed; strictly speaking, it is still in its initial stages. To examine the progress and shortcomings of previous teaching and research work, as well as to engage in exchanges and discussions with the tourism academic community both domestically and internationally, the following lecture notes and textbooks, along with other materials that will be published in the future, are compiled and printed into a series of textbooks for evaluation. This series of textbooks broadly covers five fundamental branches of the tourism discipline: basic tourism theory, tourism economics, tourism management, tourism psychology, and tourism geography. The textbooks are distributed to varying degrees across macro and micro levels, theory and application, covering both fundamental and applied theories, as well as operational management practices and service skills. The compilation and assembly of the series adhere to the principle of "combining theory with application." In textbooks with strong operational focus, theoretical explanations are also provided to maintain their scientific rigor. Additionally, the compilation of each specialized branch follows the principle of "multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary integration" to reflect the nature of tourism as a comprehensive social phenomenon.
This book is distributed to varying degrees across macro and micro levels, theory and application, covering both fundamental and applied theories, as well as operational management practices and service skills. It provides a comprehensive theoretical elaboration and practical exploration of the legal relationships in tourism economics. The author applies their academic expertise in history, law, tourism, and foreign languages to the study of tourism law, extensively citing international tourism legal cases to address the shortcomings of China's tourism legislation, thereby serving to summarize legal principles and guide practical applications. The book is divided into an introduction, tourism legal relationships, tourism legislation, basic tourism laws, the protection of tourists' legitimate rights and interests, legal issues in tourism contracts, legal issues in tourism transportation relationships, legal issues in travel agency operations, legal issues in tour guide operations, legal issues in hotel operations, legal issues in tourism insurance operations, and more.
