Features: In social interactions, there are not only intellectual exchanges but also behavioral exchanges. It is well known that humans possess conscious agency. This agency includes two aspects: thought and behavior. If you pay attention to observe, behavioral exchanges between people are everywhere, and they all reflect interpersonal relationships. When you encounter difficulties, friends will come to help; when you open the door for someone, they give you a friendly smile; when you enter school, factories, or organizations, and even when you go home or walk on the street, you always interact with others in certain behavioral ways. A great man once said, "A person acting and producing in isolation from society is as unthinkable as the development of language without people living together and talking to each other." The reason humans cannot live without behavioral interactions with others is also related to their social nature. Humans are social animals; a single individual cannot live alone and is not considered truly human. In primitive society, people lived by hunting. If they did not unite with each other, they would be eaten by beasts. In modern society, with highly specialized divisions of labor, it is difficult for anyone to survive without interacting behaviorally with others, helping and cooperating. In real life, there are many ways people interact behaviorally, such as helping, imitating, and cooperating. In fact, it is precisely this interactive behavior between people that connects them, forming different groups and shaping human society. It is also these diverse behavioral interactions between people that make life rich and varied, creating various types of interpersonal relationships. In social interactions, compared to intellectual exchanges, behavioral exchanges between people have their own characteristics. It is the manifestation of the subjective in the objective, meaning it is not a psychological activity but an outward behavior. If intellectual exchanges between people are an internal form of communication, then behavioral exchanges are external interactions. Between intellectual and behavioral exchanges, intellectual exchanges are carried out through behavioral exchanges. Take, for example, Janowski's proposed communication formula (communicator--expression--receiver) regarding communication between people. To convey their intentions to others, communicators must use a behavior—such as language or gestures—and receivers can only understand their intentions based on the communicator's behavior. This is indeed the case. A young man develops feelings of affection for a girl, but only through certain behaviors can he convey these feelings to her; otherwise, the girl will not know. It is precisely in this sense that behavioral interactions between people are even more important. Of course, intellectual exchanges during interactions cannot be ignored either, as human behavior is guided by thoughts. If there is no intellectual communication, behavioral exchanges will be limited. A young man conveys his feelings of affection to a girl through certain behaviors, but if the girl is not moved or even opposes it, their behavioral exchanges will undoubtedly be affected. Therefore, interpersonal interaction is the organic combination of intellectual and behavioral exchanges between people. P4-6
