Features: To facilitate legal professionals in handling various civil, criminal, and administrative dispute cases promptly and justly, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of parties, we have organized and compiled this series of books by reviewing relevant laws and regulations for different types of cases. The civil section of the series covers various aspects, including judicial appraisal, evidence application, real estate disputes, labor disputes, personal rights disputes, marital and family disputes, insurance disputes, guarantee disputes, intellectual property disputes, financial disputes, tax-related disputes, and contract disputes. The books not only include a large number of laws, regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations as references for case handling but also incorporate some judicial policies and regulatory documents from high courts in various regions.
The criminal section, from the perspective of criminal prosecution and law enforcement, selects laws and regulations and judicial interpretations closely related to review and prosecution, arrest approval, public prosecution, complaints and appeals, and state compensation. Based on practical needs, it is divided into four volumes, and to facilitate readers, a concise index of relevant crimes is compiled at the beginning of each book's table of contents.
The series is published in a small 32-page format with double-column layout, offering ample content and easy-to-use reference. It is particularly suitable for legal professionals to carry when attending court, traveling, or attending meetings. It serves as a staple reference tool for public security, procuratorial, and judicial personnel, lawyers, and other legal workers.
During the compilation process, there may still be some shortcomings in this series. We sincerely hope to receive valuable feedback from readers to enable continuous improvement and refinement in our future work.
The content of this book includes four parts: General, Marital and Family, Inheritance, and Adoption, along with two appendices: Judicial Policies and Local Regulatory Documents, and Selected Cases.
