Tibet is an inseparable part of China's territory. After the Communist Party of China (CPC) seized national power, the strategic concept of liberating Tibet faced the CPC as a complex historical issue. The crux of the problem lies in effectively addressing Tibet's unique geographical, ethnic, religious and cultural background, as well as the historical and realistic connections and contradictions, to achieve long-term peace and harmonious coexistence between ethnic groups. Through negotiations, the people of Tibet finally chose to support the central government, paving the way for the peaceful liberation of Tibet. This was a historic choice.
