Features: This book strives to embody the spirit of continuous innovation in theory and practice, reflecting the era's progress, in line with the requirements put forward by Comrade Jiang Zemin at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: "The Party must continuously achieve new liberations in thought, new developments in theory, and new creations in practice. Development requires new ideas, reform demands new breakthroughs, opening-up calls for new prospects, and all work must adopt new measures." Based on a thorough study and deep understanding of the 16th National Congress report and the new Party Constitution, the authors also reviewed the remarks of the conference secretariat head in response to journalists' questions. Combining insights gained from research in various regions on the pressing, difficult, and hot issues faced by primary Party organizations and Party members, the book integrates Marxist-Leninist theory, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the "Three Represents" important thought into concrete examples and theoretical elaborations. It seamlessly blends theory and practice, as well as reflection, Q&A, and clarification. The reasoning is targeted, the diagrams are actionable, and the practical guidance is instructive.
