Features: To regulate the behavior of partnership enterprises, protect the legitimate rights and interests of partnership enterprises and their partners, maintain social and economic order, and promote the development of the socialist market economy, this Law is formulated. Partnership enterprises referred to in this Law refer to profitable organizations established in China in accordance with this Law, where partners enter into a partnership agreement, jointly invest, operate, share profits, share risks, and bear unlimited joint and several liability for the debts of the partnership enterprise.
