The book consists of 13 research topics, focusing on key issues in several key areas of urban legalization. In the study of the legal system for urban governance, research was conducted on local legislative mechanisms, the environment for judicial fairness, and the institutional research of administrative enforcement of law, among others. In terms of urban legalization and comprehensive competitiveness, studies were carried out on the research of enhancing comprehensive strength and urban legalization, the legalization of state-owned asset management, the study of credit systems, and the research of human resource development, among others. In the research on the basic concepts of urban legalization, studies were conducted on the legal connotation of urban spirit, the legalization design of public power operation, and the legalization in the regulation of social public order, among others. In terms of research methods, it is based on the relationship between modernization and legalization, integrating disciplines such as political science, law, economics, sociology, and ethics, and analyzing and discussing from multiple perspectives.
