Features: Studying economic law from the perspective of government behavior is not a new method. However, conducting qualitative research on different aspects of government economic behavior to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational patterns of economic law represents a novel approach and research methodology. Analyzing economic law through a single concept often focuses on the deductive reasoning of its definitions. Here, we adopt a multi-dimensional perspective on government economic behavior, emphasizing qualitative analysis and regulatory research on economic law. Of course, this research can also serve as a starting point for the deductive reasoning of economic law. The analytical approach used in this book aims to provide a realistic description of China's emerging socialist market economy from a perspective different from traditional economic law research methods, enabling readers to develop a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of economic law.
