Features: In recent years, with the rapid development of the world economy and the diversification of market entities and economic interests, civil cases in various countries have undergone significant changes in both quantity and type. The contradiction between the severe shortage of judicial resources and the accumulation of cases has become increasingly prominent. Especially with the acceleration of economic globalization and the process of rule of law, ensuring the uniformity of the legal system, pursuing open and equal competition in procedures, and achieving the fairness and efficiency of justice have been widely recognized. Therefore, how to reduce litigation costs, minimize delays in litigation, accelerate judicial reforms, and enable parties to obtain substantive judicial justice has become a common concern for countries worldwide. This book is the result of the research and investigation. It should be said that our research period was relatively short, and the information we was limited, so some of the opinions we have put forward are still theoretical assumptions and explorations, awaiting verification through practice. We believe that as people's judges in the new era, in addition to possessing the qualities of handling cases according to law and enforcing justice impartially, they must also have the spirit of diligent research and the courage to innovate in theory. They must maintain vibrant enthusiasm and an indomitable spirit to promote the progress of judicial reforms, continuously enrich and develop the connotation of modern civil trial systems, and make due contributions to building a socialist rule-of-law state.
