The Chinese Administrative Litigation Law does not stipulate the types of actions. Although Article 54 of the Administrative Litigation Law classifies judgments into upheld judgments, reversed judgments, performance judgments, and modified judgments, corresponding classifications of actions such as upheld actions, reversed actions, performance actions, and modified actions can also be made. However, in specific litigation systems such as filing a complaint, acceptance, burden of proof, and substantive review of the claim, there is no distinction made between different types of actions. After reading this book, you will find that the situation in Germany differs from that in China.
