Features: Since the publication of Constitutions of Foreign Countries, it has been reprinted four times in nearly five years, with over 5 million copies distributed. Thanks to the readers' support, the book was ranked as a recommended teaching material by the Ministry of Education in 2002. Many universities have listed it as a reference book, while some law schools offering Constitutions of Foreign Countries courses have designated it as the required textbook. It can be said that the book has exerted a certain academic influence on the teaching and research of foreign constitutions. During the teaching process, we have also found that some content in the book has become inconsistent with the development of constitutional systems and theories in various countries. To promptly reflect the latest developments in constitutional systems and theories worldwide and provide readers with accurate knowledge and information on foreign constitutional law, we have organized the authors of this book to revise the constitutions of the countries introduced in the book. The main revisions and features are as follows: (1) To highlight the diversity of constitutional types, revisions have been added for the constitutions of Afghanistan and Kenya. The Afghan constitution is a representative constitutional code adopted after the 21st century, while the Kenyan constitution is a distinctive one in the constitutional system of Africa. (2) According to the changes in constitutional systems and theories, the constitutions of several countries covered in the book have been revised. For example, more revisions have been made to the constitutions of Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Germany, etc. Considering the stability of the teaching material system, only the most significant changes have been adjusted and supplemented for the constitutions of other countries. (3) While revising the content, some errors in the original text have been corrected.
