Features: "Labor Law" is one of the 21st-century law series textbooks for higher education institutions. The purpose of compiling this textbook is to elaborate on the basic knowledge of labor law, systematically introduce the theories related to labor law, the historical development of labor law, the labor standards stipulated by labor law, and the dispute resolution system under labor law. The fundamental guiding principle for compiling this textbook is: adhering to Marxism-Leninism, guided by Mao Zedong Thought and the Theory of Deng Xiaoping, starting from the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, correctly interpreting the policies and laws of the Party and State concerning labor work, and adhering to the basic line of the Party Central Committee: centering on economic construction, upholding the four cardinal principles, and adhering to the reform and opening-up policy, to conduct a systematic study of China's labor law; at the same time, in the research work, attention should be paid to absorbing and learning from the experience of foreign labor legal systems. This book consists of three parts and nineteen chapters. In recent years, China has issued some new labor laws and regulations to further improve labor laws and regulations.
