Is the risk of surgery for uterine cysts high?

Patient's question:

Patient is a 23-year-old female with a previously good health condition. She gave birth in the 11th month.
In June 12, she was examined at Nanshan Hospital. However, medication was administered, but the treatment was not effective. Yesterday, a preliminary examination at Nanshan Hospital indicated an adnexal cyst, requiring hospitalization for surgery.

Doctor's answer:

Myomas located in the lower part of the uterine body and cervix, if incarcerated in the pelvic cavity, can compress pelvic tissues and nerves, causing lower abdominal and back pain. When the myoma grows forward or backward, it can compress the bladder, urethra, or rectum, leading to frequent urination, difficulty urinating, urinary retention, or constipation. When the myoma grows to both sides, it forms a broad ligament myoma. If it compresses the ureter, it can cause hydronephrosis or pyelonephrosis of the ureter or renal pelvis.
