The restructuring and realignment of industrial structures have accelerated. The widespread penetration and application of high technologies, represented by information technology and its products, have significantly accelerated the process of economic globalization. The increasing interdependence and mutual penetration of national economies, along with the acceleration of international industrial transfers, have pushed companies to adopt global business strategies, engage in cross-border mergers and expansions, and extensively utilize global resources. This has led to profound transformations in world manufacturing. In the coming years, the development trends of world manufacturing, particularly the trends of international industrial transfers, technology transfers, and cross-border capital flows, will be more favorable for China's economic growth. It is essential to seize this favorable period of development and accelerate the construction and improvement of a new industrialization system, further optimize the environment, and fully leverage the international context of industrial transfers, technology transfers, and foreign capital shifts. Efforts should be made to develop high-tech industries, transform traditional industries, accelerate the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of manufacturing, achieve informatization in manufacturing, and continuously enhance the international competitiveness of China's industries.
