Is my baby normal?

Patient's question:

I had a prenatal ultrasound at 24 weeks and 5 days, and the results showed fetal NF thickening of 9.4mm and widening of the cerebellomedullary cistern by 1.1cm. Could you please tell me if my baby might have chromosomal abnormalities? Also, what is the normal NF value at 25 weeks?

Doctor's answer:

Next, have the anomaly scan between 20 and 24 weeks. At 30 to 33 weeks, have a check-up to see the baby's position and umbilical cord, and do a comprehensive check-up before delivery.
At 15 weeks, have the Down syndrome screening. If the risk is high, you will also need an amniocentesis.
