On February 6, I had another blood test at the Endocrinology Department. The results are as follows: TSH Receptor Antibody - Result: 1.785, Thyroglobulin Antibody (AIG) - Result: 17.410, Antithyroid Peroxidase Antibody (HC ATPO) - Result: 5.660.

Doctor's answer:

Enjoy the pleasure of sex. Surveys have found that women who maintain regular sexual activity have a body age that is 2.5 years younger than those who do not engage in sex. Regular sexual activity not only strengthens the bond between partners but also increases the secretion of fluids in the vagina and cervix. These fluids act as protectors and pioneers for sperm, creating better conditions for sperm survival, which is the ideal condition for conception. More importantly, the uterine spasms that occur during orgasm provide a beneficial stimulation to the uterus, equivalent to a massage for the uterus. A healthy and young uterine environment greatly benefits the protection of a woman's fertility.
