Features: Before the implementation of this "Regulation," for construction projects where 50% or more of the engineering survey or design contract work has been completed, the survey and design fees shall still be executed according to the original contract; for projects where less than 50% of the engineering survey or design contract work has been completed, the survey and design fees for the unfinished portion shall be negotiated between the client and the surveyor or designer in accordance with this "Regulation."
