Features: The industry-recognized annual China Real Estate Project Evaluation event, "Innovation Storm · 2003 China Excellent Residential Promotion," recently concluded successfully in Beijing. The event was jointly organized by the Technology Committee of the Ministry of Construction, the Technology Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Construction, the China Real Estate and Housing Research Association, the Urban Development Professional Committee of the China Real Estate Industry Association, and "China Construction News · China Real Estate Market." It underwent three rounds of rigorous evaluations by senior experts from the Ministry of Construction and renowned universities. On June 6, the Innovation Storm organizing committee held a grand award ceremony at the Fisherman's Club, where Yang Shen, President of the China Real Estate Industry Association, Li Zhendong, Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee on Housing Industrialization Technology of the Ministry of Construction, and Shen Jianzhong, Deputy Director of the Housing and Real Estate Industry Department of the Ministry of Construction, among others, attended to present awards and deliver speeches.
The "Innovation Storm" event is the brand activity with the highest authority, credibility, professional depth, and market driving force in the China real estate industry, hailed as the engine project for China's real estate sector. The event has been held for five consecutive editions, introducing a large number of landmark projects representing advanced levels of residential construction in China, making it the most authoritative annual innovation showcase of premium residential projects in the industry. Experts note that the projects submitted for evaluation in 2003 fully reflect the overall level of innovation in residential development within the China real estate industry, with architectural spatial organization demonstrating greater humanistic depth and higher comfort.
This year's Innovation Storm evaluation event primarily focused on collective submissions of flagship projects from leading real estate brands. Group enterprises such as Vanke, China Overseas Land and Properties, and Golden Land all won multiple awards for their annual innovative projects. Nanjing Jingu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.'s "Jingu Tangcheng" stood out from nearly 400 submitted proposals nationwide, becoming the only winning project in Nanjing and earning the "China Landscape Environment Model Residential" honor.
