Patient's question:
Itching in the groin area to the point of being unable to sit or stand still; trembling hands; started on May 23rd;Doctor's answer:
Itching areas should be avoided from excessive scratching, rubbing, or washing with hot water to relieve itching. Avoid using soaps with strong alkali, and do not repeatedly wash the external genitalia or rinse the vagina with bathing agents, as this may alter the vaginal pH, leading to disruption of the normal vaginal flora, thereby damaging the vaginal acidic antimicrobial barrier. Do not overuse strong-stimulating topical hormone drugs.
