Is it a missed miscarriage? Terminate pregnancy

Patient's question:

7.30 Last menstrual period
9.9 Progesterone and hCG were 15.2/7830
9.18 They were 7.97/27029, ultrasound showed a 1510mm gestational sac with a yolk sac echo inside, no fetal sac or fetal heartbeat observed
9.25 They were 10.45//37024, ultrasound showed an 18.618.7mm gestational sac with a 10.110.8mm yolk sac inside, no fetal sac or fetal heartbeat observed

Doctor's answer:

B monitoring of embryonic and fetal development, if ≥6 weeks without gestational sac, or with a gestational sac but deformed and shrunk, when the gestational sac is ≥4cm but no embryo is visible, or the head and limb length of the embryo is ≥1.5cm but no fetal heartbeat is detected, it can be determined that the embryo or fetus has developmental abnormalities. The latter three conditions can be diagnosed as embryonic arrest. Additionally, blood β-hCG testing also helps in diagnosing embryonic arrest. If ≥5 weeks, blood β-hCG <100 IU/L; ≥6 weeks, blood β-hCG <2000 IU/L, suggesting insufficient secretion of human chorionic gonadotropin, and dynamically observing its value no longer rising, then it can be determined that the trophoblast is degenerating and the embryo is abnormal.
