Do you know that Shandong has a treasure trove? Do you understand all the stories of Leifeng Pagoda? Do you know why the Zhou people used real people and horses as? Perhaps you're not very clear, or you don't know at all. Maybe you've long wanted to enrich your knowledge and broaden your horizons, but you've struggled to find books on this topic. Indeed, there are few works on the history of Chinese archaeology. One reason may be that modern Chinese archaeology has a relatively short history, and many people, events, issues, and viewpoints are still undecided. However, no matter what, it is necessary to accumulate materials and lay a solid foundation for the study of archaeological history. "Archaeological People's Notes" can also be considered an important part of this work. Directly narrated by scholars who have personally experienced major discoveries, it serves as excellent oral history, and both those inside and outside the discipline will enjoy listening to it. The articles collected in this book are written by archaeologists who have led archaeological excavations, vividly describing their experiences and elaborating on the historical and cultural connotations and significance of the themes discovered during the process, prompting readers to reflect on the development of ancient Chinese civilization.
