Features: Einstein is the greatest scientist after Newton, as well as a thinker with profound insight and independent critical spirit. He was a truly human being who cared about the fate of humanity and possessed a strong sense of social responsibility. This book selects the most representative articles and statements from Einstein's life (excluding physics papers that may be difficult for general readers to understand), along with images reflecting his activities during various periods of his life. His articles, shining with the light of reason and yet powerful, and his open, sincere, and approachable image, will be a spiritual delight to every reader who pursues truth, goodness, and beauty in life. Einstein's thoughts have broadened people's horizons and opened their minds. In the late 1970s and throughout the 1980s, his ideas had a significant impact on Chinese intellectuals and young students. In the mid-1980s, a survey of the books read by university students at the time was published in newspapers, and Einstein's Collected Works was included in the list. With the passage of time, the focus of today's youth has shifted. Nevertheless, we should recognize that the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty is eternal in life. Einstein's thoughts and character will undoubtedly hold eternal value for future generations. Commemorating the "Einstein Miracle Year" can help rekindle people's attention to Einstein as a person. This small book aims to contribute to this effort.
