Features: This book is created based on historical materials and folk legends about the historical figure Emin Khoja. The story begins with Emin sacrificing his personal love to fight for the title of Buker (local official) for his tribe. It then depicts how he seized the Silk Road stronghold of Lüqin from the troops of the Junggar Khan. The Qing army, short on supplies during their westward campaign, urged Emin to comfort them. Emin hesitated. Aizhi sent disguised Qing soldiers to raid the Uyghur people's grain stores. Emin went to the Qing army camp to seize the grain and encountered Kui Fu, the Qing general who had once saved him. They resolved their suspicions. Emin comforted the Qing army. The Junggar forces attacked Lüqin. Bao Suwen and Mamet persuaded Emin to surrender Lüqin to the Qing army. Emin and his followers refused and stripped Mamet of his military authority, leading to the fall of Lüqin. Emin attempted to recapture Lüqin with his own strength but failed in the attack. In the end, with the help of the Qing army, Emin recaptured Lüqin and surrendered it to them, marking a major turning point in his life. The work portrays Emin's journey from an ordinary Uyghur youth to becoming the Prince of Turpan, while also depicting the poignant and moving emotional entanglements between Emin and several Uyghur and Han women. The characters' relationships are complex and tightly intertwined, with intense conflicts, intricate and dramatic plots, and a strong flavor of Western frontiers, rich in ethnic charm and artistic appeal.
