He has written works such as Understanding Art History Through Famous Paintings, Famous Paintings and Artists, and Appreciating Painting Through Themes; translated works including The Interview with Duchamp, The Shock of the New World, and Art and Culture. He has received the Timemore Art Foundation Art Criticism Award and the Los Angeles Cultural and Art Foundation Award.
