Wondering what are the early symptoms of cerebral palsy in newborns?

A colleague of mine just had a baby, but it wasn't long before she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. I'm also pregnant and very worried. At first, her child seemed so cute and healthy, but suddenly, it became like that—just like an intellectually disabled child. What are the symptoms of cerebral palsy in newborns?

Doctor's answer:

Neonatal period: Is it difficult to breastfeed, such as the child not suckling after sucking, weak sucking or refusing milk or feeling tired after sucking; Is there excessive behavior, crying or persistent crying; Is there less spontaneous movement, low muscle tone, overall softness, and a weak state; Recommendations: Is the whole body tired, irritable, and muscle tone enhanced; Is there frequent coughing up of phlegm, head and back flexion, sometimes the head tilting to one side, and straightening of the lower limbs; Are there any signs of suspicion, convulsions, screaming, or restlessness; Are there any abnormal postures, such as adduction of the inner limbs, internal rotation, and clenched fists.
