Features: Advanced Japanese is a intensive reading textbook for Japanese major students in their 3rd and 4th years of undergraduate studies. The entire series consists of 4 volumes, with Volumes 1-3 each containing 12 lessons and Volume 4 containing 8 lessons. Each lesson is basically composed of sections such as text, vocabulary, culture·society, expressions, analysis, and exercises. The "Expressions ()" section is not bound by grammatical systems, covering all aspects needed for Chinese learners of Japanese, with special columns explaining key points. The "Analysis" section primarily explains easily confused grammatical phenomena, words, sentence patterns, and pronunciations in Japanese. The exercise section focuses on language training and text comprehension required for the "advanced" stage. This textbook was co-authored by both Chinese and Japanese parties. Both sides jointly collected the text materials and wrote the "Analysis" section; the Japanese side was responsible for writing the "Culture·Society" column, the "Expressions" column, and the final proofreading; the Chinese side was responsible for compiling the vocabulary list, the "Expressions" section, and the exercises.
