Features: Everyone encounters the scenery they long for on the screen; everyone encounters the love they desire beneath the screen. We get lost in the films, filled with joy and sorrow, and even in the dreamlike landscapes. Thus, we begin to pursue—from the towering Mount Kilimanjaro to the bustling streets of New York, from the tranquil landscapes of New Zealand to the winding Seine River. We keep chasing, never missing any paradise in our dreams. The pursuit may just be the beginning. Deep in the dream, we imagine encountering past memories or unfulfilled stories within the heart of these landscapes. Travel & Film is a book that combines travel and film. It is divided into fourteen chapters, each introducing a different journey: the Bridge Journey, the River Journey, the Mountain Journey, the Ancient Town Journey, the Courtyard Journey, the African Journey, the Japanese Journey, the Italian Journey, the Paris Journey, the London Journey, the Harry Potter Magic Journey, and the Lord of the Rings Mythological Journey. It covers major tourist attractions around the world, many of which served as primary filming locations in famous movies and have attracted more visitors due to the success of these films. For example, the Waterloo Bridge from The Blue Bridge, the natural landscapes of New Zealand from The Lord of the Rings, and the Parisian cafes from Amélie. The book delves into the stories behind the scenery and the behind-the-scenes details of the films. Travel & Film combines the two popular entertainment activities of scenery and film through a series of essays, offering fresh and elegant writing that is both literary and entertaining. Each article includes Tips (small tips) to provide readers with additional insights about the tourist attractions. The book is accompanied by numerous images, including movie posters and scenic photos of the destinations, making it richly illustrated and aligning with current trends in the book market.
