Features: The issue of Chinese character dissemination is a complex one. , it is necessary to organize the routes and timeline of dissemination, i.e., the geographical direction and historical progression of its spread. Second, it is essential to clarify the state of dissemination, such as how the ethnic group uses Chinese characters and the scope of their usage. Third, the creation of ethnic scripts—determining whether the blueprint for these scripts is monolithic, dualistic, or pluralistic—requires thorough research. This book aims to address these questions one by one. Of course, the exploration of water knowledge is a gradual process, which depends not only on the author's capabilities but more on objective conditions. At the same time, although the study of ancient scripts among ethnic minorities in the south is not on a large scale, it has been conducted continuously, with new materials constantly emerging. The achievements from both aspects form the foundation for my in-depth research, allowing this book to start from a high level and focus on the core of dissemination, resolving some puzzling issues.
