Features: Introduction to Professor Gu Hai-liang Gu Hai-liang was born in Shanghai in 1951. From January 1978 to January 1982, he studied at the Department of Economics, Anhui University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. From February 1982 to December 1984, he studied at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, earning a Master's degree in Economics. From December 1984 to February 1996, he engaged in teaching and research on the history of economic thought and the history of Marxism at the Institute of the Development History of Marxism-Leninism, Renmin University of China. In July 1998, he served as Director of the Department of Social Sciences Research and Ideological and Political Work under the Ministry of Education. Since August 2002, he has served as Secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhan University. His academic positions include Member of the Academic Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Commission of the State Council for Theoretical Economics, President of the Society of the History of Marxist Economic Thought in China, Vice President of the China "Capital" Research Association, Vice President of the National Association for the Study of Scientific Socialism, Chairman of the Hubei Provincial Association of Social Sciences, and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Provincial Association of Social Sciences. Introduction to Researcher Wang Zhenzhong Wang Zhenzhong (1949~): Researcher, Deputy Director, Doctoral Supervisor, Doctor of Economics, and recipient of the Government Special Allowance from the State Council. Born on June 22, 1949, in Donggou Village, Pingding County, Shanxi Province. In 1981, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beijing Economic College; in 1984, he obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; and from 1989 to 1990, he served as a visiting scholar at the National Development Research Center, Australian National University.
