Features: On the North American prairie, the North American bison is one of the most formidable animals in North America, weighing up to 1,000 kilograms, with sharp horns on its head. Even when facing the most aggressive predators, it shows no fear. But today, it encountered a pack of wolves. The wolves wandered around the herd, not aimlessly, but with their eyes fixed on their prey. The North American bison sensed the danger and increased its vigilance. However, the weight of a wolf is only 40 kilograms, the same as that of a domestic dog. Why should these fierce bison still be concerned? To achieve success, wolves must solve two problems—cooperative hunting and waiting for the right prey. If they make a mistake in selecting their target, they will ultimately meet their demise. Therefore, wolves must patiently wait for weak, old, sick, or injured prey. When the entire herd is resting, the weaker members are mixed among the strong bison and are hard to distinguish. The wolves can only wait patiently. At this point, if they continue to approach the herd, they will attack. The wolf pack must isolate the weaker bison. Gradually, they surrounded the bison. The air was unusually tense. The strong bison were not worried; they were not threatened. However, the weak bison could not stand up to the challenge. In the end, one bison was captured by the wolf pack while running.
Enjoying Solitude
From the patience of the wolf's nature, we must learn how to enjoy solitude. In the early light of dawn, the late glow of dusk, or the stillness of the night, when we step into solitude, we can deeply appreciate how solitude is a form of beauty. Only in solitude is everything real. The smile is for oneself, the tears are for oneself, the faint melancholy is for oneself, and the sweet joy is for oneself. Only then can we gently sort through the dreamlike and hazy memories, letting the inexplicable fatigue and meaningless sorrow gradually recede like a tide behind us, making the eyes of the past clear as water and the restless face calm as the moon. Only in solitude can we merge ourselves with nature, perfectly appreciating the splendor of spring flowers, the intensity of summer winds, the tranquility of autumn hues, and the crystal clarity of winter snow, understanding how to cherish life and treat friends with kindness. Everyone should keep up with the trends of the times; otherwise, they will fall behind and feel lonely. But while following the footsteps of the times, it is even more important to maintain a calm perspective of an onlooker, only then can we know the true direction, and at the right time, truly contribute to this era.
Life is destined to be wandering. Because we have two feet and an imaginative mind. We should not view "wandering and drifting" as a pitiful term; it is the true reflection of our lives as humans and a kind of life we should bravely pursue. Those who can fulfill their mission in solitude and loneliness are the great ones. If you have experienced true solitude and loneliness and have overcome them with your own strength, finding your own path, and achieving your own creations and accomplishments, you can believe that solitude and loneliness are not as frightening as you imagine, because they inspire you. Solitude is not frightening; what is frightening is having no interest in anything. Those who can passionately love and study one thing, unwilling to waste their time on anything else...
