Features: Birds have two wings, and the human brain has two hemispheres. Humans possess both material and spiritual lives, so they will always need both technological and cultural as well as humanistic cultures. We neither need nor can we compare which of the two is superior; they each have their own functions and values, and both are important aspects of human development. Since the advent of modern industrial civilization, technological culture has made decisive contributions to economic development and has actually become the dominant culture, causing an imbalance in the development of the two cultures. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize humanistic care in the application of science and technology and advocate technical humanitarianism. All of this is aimed at promoting the coordinated development of the two cultures, allowing them to fly side by side.
