Features: Work is for your own sake. No matter what you do, you must possess the ability to plan and manage yourself, along with a positive mindset, just like Qizhabo. The presence or absence of these abilities and a positive mindset can determine the quality of your work and your success or failure in your career. To become a pearl, first acknowledge that you are a grain of sand. As your career progresses, your focus has shifted from doing a job and pursuing a profession to building a personal brand. So, how can you stay afloat in the tide of layoffs? How can you become an evergreen in the workplace? When faced with ordinary, tedious work, we might think, "Even if I do it well, what's the use?" But many opportunities are hidden in seemingly ordinary positions. We should not simply view work as work or as doing someone else's job. In the workplace, we can see things more meaningful than just our salary, such as experience, knowledge, confidence, and joy. The more passionate and determined you are about your work, the higher your efficiency will be. With such enthusiasm, you'll find joy in your work and attract many people to ask you to do what you enjoy. Conversely, if you always think you're working for others, you'll view your job as monotonous and uninteresting, with no enthusiasm for it. This situation is extremely frightening and tragic for every modern person, because it means we have strayed far from the path to success. You are not working for others; you are working for yourself. When you adopt a mindset of being in charge, you will take your company's work seriously and treat it as a true career. Such employees will ultimately achieve success. Workplace competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Simply being an "average" employee is no longer competitive. Important positions, generous rewards, and high honors will only be given to those who exceed "average" and reach "excellent." Never think you're doing well enough. The pursuit of work performance should never pause for a moment throughout your entire career. P9-10
