Comprehensive and Accurate Coverage—In addition toing all laws and administrative regulations, important judicial interpretations, and departmental rules, this book also includes explanatory replies from the Legal Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the General Office of the State Council Legal Affairs, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and relevant ministries and commissions regarding the interpretation and application of legal documents. Some specific opinions are also attached in full to relevant footnotes, enabling readers to solve legal issues encountered in practice more comprehensively, accurately, and efficiently.
