Features: Management has a famous theory known as the "Bucket Theory," also referred to as the "Bucket Effect" in academia. Influenced by it, upon examining its strengths and weaknesses, I realized that it is only natural for a damaged bucket to hold less water. Due to my profession often involving dealing with "damaged buckets," over time, I discovered that these buckets actually have a "Bucket Effect." That is, without the time, technology, or materials for repair, the bucket is tilted, and the seemingly redundant parts of the bucket wall are deliberately lowered to become the bottom, while the seemingly flawed parts of the bucket wall are artificially elevated. Through this "revitalization" of raising and lowering, the amount of water the bucket can hold no longer depends on the shortest piece of wood.
