Features: Adult higher education is an important part of China's higher education, responsible for serving local social and economic development, providing continuing education for working professionals, and building a learning society. To further meet the requirements of adult higher education and highlight the characteristics of adult education, while better accommodating various sources of candidates for the adult college entrance examination and reflecting the goals of the admission test, relevant departments of the Ministry of Education revised the "Revised Examination Syllabus for Admissions to Various Adult Colleges and Universities in China" (hereinafter referred to as "The Syllabus") after researching and analyzing the content of examination questions, candidates' answer sheets, and score statistics for the past two years. The revised "Syllabus" fully considers the special learning background of adult candidates, enhances adaptability for working professionals, and places greater emphasis on assessing candidates' ability to grasp and understand fundamental knowledge, as well as analyze and solve practical problems. The revised "Syllabus" is divided into two parts: senior high school entrance to undergraduate or junior college, and junior college entrance to undergraduate. The senior high school entrance to undergraduate or junior college "Syllabus" includes eight examination subjects: Chinese, Chinese (for ethnic minority candidates in areas where ethnic languages are used for teaching and who take the Chinese language subject exam for adult education), mathematics, English, Japanese, Russian, physics and chemistry, and history and geography. It is published in one volume by the People's Education Press and the Higher Education Press. The junior college entrance to undergraduate "Syllabus" includes ten examination subjects: politics, English, college Chinese, introduction to art, advanced mathematics (I), advanced mathematics (II), civil law, education theory, basic ecology, and medical comprehensive. To facilitate the review of candidates from different disciplines and majors, it is divided into five volumes and published by the Higher Education Press. The revised "Syllabus" is intended for candidates taking the adult college entrance examination in October 2006 for enrollment in the spring of 2007. This volume is the revised examination syllabus for junior college entrance to undergraduate law and education, intended for candidates with junior college graduation level who are applying for law and education majors (excluding vocational education as a first-level discipline).
