Features: This is a comprehensive career guide for the new generation entering the workforce. Humans have learned many forms of wisdom from animals. For example, humans have long envied birds for their ability to fly freely in the sky. Eventually, someone studied the structure of bird wings and invented the glider. Besides this, there are many well-known examples, such as the invention of radar after studying how bats navigate obstacles at night. This book is not a work that draws inspiration for inventions by studying a specific aspect of an animal's physiology. However, this book aims to remind readers that what humans can learn from animals is not just the creativity behind a technological invention but, more importantly, the spirit embodied by animals. The traits of animals in certain aspects often make humans feel inferior, but what makes humans the crown of creation lies in their extraordinary learning and creative abilities.
While we talk about the "spirit" of animals as a metaphorical expression—since whether it's the camel's endurance, the eagle's sharp vision, the salmon's perseverance, or the goat's instinct to care for its young, these are all innate behaviors of animals—what we truly want to learn is what lies behind these instincts. We do not aim to become like camels, able to travel long distances without drinking water for days, but rather to persevere and never give up under difficult conditions. We do not aim to become like eagles, spotting small prey like rabbits and mice from thousands of feet above and accurately capturing them, but rather to maintain a keen sense of observation at all times and not be misled by the pitfalls of the workplace.
