Partial results of this project were selected for the International Academic Conference on "Social Governance Innovation" organized by the National School of Administration of China in mid-September 2005, the International Forum on "Development of Civil Organizations and Building a Harmonious Society" hosted by the China (Hainan) Institute for Reform and Development, and the International Academic Conference on "Promoting Harmonious Society and Harmonious Community Construction" organized by the Shanghai Academy of Governance. It has received guidance and support from academic peers both at home and abroad.
