...Notification on the Issuance of the Highway Soil Testing Code (No. Jiaogongfa[1993]583)
The Highway Soil Testing Code (Code No. JTJ051-93) is hereby approved and issued as a transportation industry standard, to take effect from December 1, 1993. The Highway Soil Testing Code (JTJ051-85) issued by our country in 1985 is hereby revoked simultaneously. The code is interpreted by the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications. It is hoped that relevant units will accumulate data and summarize experience in practice, and promptly report any issues or suggestions for revision to the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications for reference during revision.
