The content on RNA splicing, reverse transcription, and ribosome structure has been revised.
7. The section on metabolic regulation has been expanded to include the tryptophan operon and gene expression regulation in eukaryotes.
8. Some unnecessary content has been removed, and new advancements in biochemistry have been added, reflecting the book's modernity, scientific rigor, systematic nature, and conciseness.
