Features: The book "Standardization and Practice of Official Document Processing" aims to standardize official document processing and further improve the office efficiency of the entire bank. Compared to many previous publications on official documents, this book demonstrates strong systematicity, authority, and practicality. While closely linking with the actual official document processing of Agricultural Bank of China and fully reflecting the relevant regulations of the State Council, it comprehensively and systematically summarizes the practical experience in official document processing within the Agricultural Bank system, especially in recent years. It also widely incorporates the latest research findings in the fields of official document processing and writing, achieving an organic unity of theory and practice. Structurally, the book is divided into five parts.
Part 1 is "Fundamentals of Official Documents," which introduces the basic knowledge of the scope, types, format, and rules of official documents. Part 2 is "Official Document Processing," which covers various norms and precautions in the issuance and receipt of official documents, as well as the content of document organization, filing, and management. Part 3 is "Official Document Writing," which first introduces general norms in official document writing, then separately explains the writing methods for administrative, regulatory, and comprehensive documents, accompanied by examples, and finally summarizes common errors in official document writing. Part 4 is "Electronic Official Document Processing," which focuses on the content of online document circulation. Part 5 is "Appendix," which includes official document processing methods, official document subject word lists, regulations on confidentiality and archives, common national standards, and a list of commonly confused characters, all for readers to refer to at any time.
