Features: This book explores the dynamic changes in comparative advantages of international service trade through two paths: technological change and factor accumulation. It introduces the Ricardian model with learning-by-doing and technological imitation efficiency, as well as the HO model considering human capital as theoretical frameworks for analysis. Empirical econometric analysis is conducted to test the conclusions derived from the theoretical analysis, ultimately concluding that there are two effective paths to promote the dynamic changes in a country's comparative advantages in service trade. First, the technological change path: improving technological imitation efficiency and fully utilizing technological spillovers to ultimately drive the dynamic changes in comparative advantages in service trade. Second, the factor accumulation path: rapidly accumulating human capital to alter relative factor endowments, thereby driving the dynamic changes in comparative advantages in service trade. Additionally, increasing the accumulation of human capital can also enhance a country's technological imitation efficiency, making human capital accumulation positively and significantly influential on the dynamic changes in comparative advantages in service trade. The conclusions above provide a reference for China to improve its international competitiveness in service trade. This book is suitable for senior undergraduate and graduate students in economics and management, as well as researchers interested in the field of international trade.
