Features: Preventive Medicine (4th Edition) is a national-level planning teaching material for general higher education under the "Tenth Five-Year Plan," designed for basic, clinical, and stomatology medical majors. It is a mandatory textbook for five-year and seven-year clinical medicine students. To assist students in their studies and review for the National Medical Examination, we have compiled this study guide. The entire book follows the arrangement of Preventive Medicine (4th Edition) and includes exercises and reference answers for each chapter. In line with the requirement of the national question bank to offer exams with multiple question types, the exercises in this book adhere to the standards of the "National Medical Examination Center," featuring single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, term definitions, and short-answer questions.
(1) Single-choice questions: A1-type questions are the best-choice questions and the most commonly used single-choice format. They can be affirmative, negative, or of the type "none of the above."
(2) Multiple-choice questions: Multiple-choice questions consist of one stem and five answer options (A, B, C, D, E). More than one answer can be correct, and both omitting or selecting incorrect answers will result in no score, making them more challenging to answer.
(3) Term definitions: These focus on the understanding and recognition of conceptual terms. According to the university's unified requirements, questions may be in Chinese or English, and if in English, the answers must first be translated into Chinese and then fully and comprehensively explained.
(4) Short-answer questions: These primarily assess students' ability to understand, analyze, and apply complex knowledge and theories. Some questions require candidates to make vertical or horizontal comparisons and connections. This book is suitable for clinical medicine majors, nursing students, and individuals preparing for the National Medical Examination.
