Features: According to the requirements of the notice issued by our department titled "Notice on Issuing the Plan for Formulating and Revising Construction Engineering Standards and Specifications (Second Batch) in 1998" (Jianbiao [1998] 224), the "Specification for Surveying of Subway and Light Rail Transit Engineering" was formulated jointly by the Office of the Capital Urban Planning and Construction Commission and relevant departments. After joint review by relevant authorities, it was approved as a mandatory national standard, with the codes being GB50307-1999 and GB50308-1999, and it took effect on June 1, 2000.
