21-month-old baby development standard values

Patient's question:

But the developmental standards will have a range value, as long as it is within this range it belongs to the standard. What are the developmental standard values for a 21-month-old baby?

Doctor's answer:

In normally developing 21-month-old infants, gross motor skills include climbing stairs while holding onto a railing, throwing balls with purpose, and moving toys forward and backward by pulling them. Fine motor skills involve stacking 3 to 4 blocks, scribbling with a pen on paper, and pouring small pellets out of a bottle. In terms of language, they can recognize and point to body parts, understand about 50 words, and speak about 10 meaningful words. Socially, they can indicate their need for urination and defecation, understand simple adult instructions, and begin to learn to use a spoon to eat by themselves.
