During pregnancy, it is advisable to choose drugs that are harmless or have minimal impact on the fetus. Suppositories administered vaginally are preferred. You may use a 100 mg clotrimazole suppository, one piece per night, inserted into the vagina for a total of 7 days; or an 200 mg miconazole acetate suppository, one piece per night, for 7 days; or 400 mg per night for 3 days.
