Features: Far off, a cart came. It was pulled by twelve little donkeys, all the same size. Strangely, these twenty-four donkeys were not wearing iron hooves like other livestock, but were all wearing white boots, like humans. The cart was packed with children aged eight to twelve, their faces filled with happiness and joy. "Come with us, we'll have a lot of fun!" the people on the cart shouted together. Driven by an inexplicable force, Pinocchio followed Little Lampwick and climbed onto the cart. The cart continued forward, silently rolling over the cobblestone road. At this moment, Pinocchio seemed to hear a very, very soft voice whisper in his ear: "Poor fool! If you always act so stubborn, there will be a day when you'll regret it!" Pinocchio felt very scared. He looked around, trying to figure out where the voice was coming from. But how could that be possible? The donkeys were running, the wheels were rolling, the children on the cart were dozing, Little Lampwick was snoring, and the driver was singing softly between his teeth: "At night, everyone sleeps, but I never do." The cart probably traveled about half a kilometer, and the voice came again softly: "You foolish child, remember this! Children who hate studying, who run away from books, schools, and teachers, and who only want to play, will surely suffer misfortune. I have lessons to teach, and I know it! One day, you will cry like me too." P89-90
