This book is for the June issue. Each legal case is related to people's daily lives, featuring accessibility and practicality. Using the slogan "If you want to sing, sing" from the "Super Girl" advertisements, China's blog era is entering a period of prosperity. Describing it as "If you want to write, write" or "If you want to post, post" may well reflect the current state of many blog writings. Under such circumstances, blog content is a mix of good and bad, and the infringement of the rights of individuals, enterprises, organizations, and other entities is becoming increasingly serious, becoming a topic of public concern. Blog disputes highlight legislative blind spots.
The Ministry of Public Security has recently decided to pilot the establishment of virtual police in eight cities—Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Qingdao, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Chengdu—to address the lack of public management and enforcement of the internet by public security organs. Officials from the Ministry of Public Security stated that the purpose of establishing virtual police is to learn from the policing models in real society, incorporating internet management into the overall framework of social security management. By managing the internet in accordance with the law and establishing law enforcement authority, it aims to curb the dissemination of harmful internet content and prevent criminal activities.
Infringe on your rights. No hesitation. "At first, it was just a diary-style record, but as I kept writing and reading along the way, blogs gradually turned into a competition for attention," said Xiao Lu, a second-year graduate student. Once fame is involved, bloggers start seeking to stand out by posting eye-catching content. How can this problem be solved? "Exposés," "truthful portrayals," and "instantaneous" stimulating images; "leaking secrets" to reveal someone's private life; "intimate" personal exposures—these are some examples.
