Features: In recent years, the first round of experiments on the new curriculum for junior high schools has come to an end, and the new curriculum standards for senior high schools have been implemented in various provinces and cities across the country. Mathematics is a science, but it is also a culture; it is a language, but it is also a tool. In today's information society and internet era, mathematics has deeply permeated all industries and our daily lives. Therefore, learning mathematics in the secondary school stage and laying a solid foundation are of undeniable importance. The purpose of mathematics classroom teaching in secondary schools is to embody the basic concepts of curriculum reform, fully consider the disciplinary characteristics of mathematics in teaching design, and start from students' physiological and psychological, cognitive levels, and different needs. By using various teaching methods and means, it guides students to actively participate in learning activities, master basic mathematical knowledge and skills, experience fundamental mathematical thinking methods, gain a relatively comprehensive understanding of mathematics, develop a positive emotional attitude, improve mathematical literacy, and lay a solid foundation for further in-depth learning and future sustainable development.
This book approaches the subject from the perspectives of consolidating foundations, enhancing interest, exploring methods, and revealing patterns, dividing it into two major sections: "Knowledge Part" and "Method Part." In the "Knowledge Part," it systematically reviews the core content of junior high school mathematics, especially topics closely related to senior high school studies and practical production and life, such as the application of functions, geometric transformations, spatial geometry, statistics, and probability. It provides in-depth analysis of typical examples, offers basic knowledge and ability training, including reviews of foundational knowledge and introductions to extended content. In the "Method Part," it further explores from the perspective of mathematical thinking methods, introducing diverse content such as mathematical experiments, mathematical reading, and open-ended mathematical problems. It offers guidance on learning methods and enhances research-based learning. It is hoped that this book will effectively inspire students to expand their mathematical thinking abilities after entering senior high school.
