It enables readers to grasp key points, master case analysis methods, and apply theory to practice while self-studying Management: A Global Perspective.
Based on a systematic exposition of business management theories, principles, and methods, this book focuses on topics such as the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, industrial value chain positioning, corporate strategic transformation, corporate culture construction, cross-cultural management, and the international operations of Chinese enterprises. For these key topics, the author has compiled and summarized 32 cases from Chinese and foreign enterprises, covering a wide range of industries such as retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, finance, IT, and media.
The book is divided into three parts. The first part, Corporate Culture, Change, and Innovation, includes 20 cases. The second part, Value Chain, Corporate Strategy, Chain Operations, and International Operations, includes 12 cases. The third part, Case Analysis Guidance, provides a brief analysis of the above 32 cases by the author, offering insights for readers to conduct in-depth case analysis.
